“The Gates of Horn” is a master’s thesis in the form of a novel, the author commissioned me to design a book cover that would hint at the settings and mood of their debut novel.

I designed and drew the imagery myself, inspired by the manipulations of gods onto their subjects. This high-fantasy novel was inspired by ancient greco-roman culture and is described as “Game of Thrones” meets “Gladiator” by the author.
